Seed Production

We grow Tall Fescue, Perennial Ryegrass, Orchardgrass, and Red Clover for seed. Once mature this seed is harvested, cleaned, and then sold. The seed will be planted in lawns, pastures, and golf courses.

Vegetables

As proud members of Norpac, a local farmers co-op, we raise Sweet Corn, Beans, and Peas. After harvesting these vegetables are frozen or canned and distributed across the country.

Oils

Peppermint is a large part of what we grow on our farm. The plants are harvested and then taken to our distillery where the oil is extracted. The oil is then sold to be used in candy, gum, toothpaste and other peppermint flavored products.
We also grow Camelina to crush and make bio-diesel.

Straw

Once our grass seed is harvested the remaining plant residue is baled into 1000 pound bales. It is sold to a hay press here in the valley where it is compressed and shipped to Japan or Korea, then fed to livestock.

Hazelnuts

We have several Hazelnut Orchards on the farm. Our orchards very in age from 97 to 25 years of age. These nuts are harvested and shipped worldwide. They are used in a variety of candies as well as sold in shell.
